Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Special rules apply to digital content delivered immediately.

1. Digital content

Our products (PDF guides, supplier lists, AI prompt packs) are digital content that is delivered immediately after payment via a download link. By completing the purchase, you:

(a) expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and (b) acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code.

2. Refunds

Because the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery starts, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a product is defective or you cannot access your download, contact us via the contact page and we will resolve it — either by re-sending the file or by refunding the purchase if a fix is not possible.
