Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 8, 2026
These terms ("Terms") apply to every offer, order, and agreement between vintedguides, established in the Netherlands ("we", "us"), and the customer ("you"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products (downloadable PDF guides and supporting files). Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Product descriptions are made with care but may contain minor errors; we are not bound to obvious mistakes.
2. Order & payment
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. Payment is made through Stripe at checkout. After successful payment you receive an immediate download link by email.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via a download link. If delivery fails for technical reasons, contact us so we can resend the link.
4. Right of withdrawal
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article 6:230o(2) of the Dutch Civil Code by completing the purchase. See the separate Right of Withdrawal page for details.
5. Licence & use
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product yourself.
- You may not resell, share, publish, or distribute the materials in any form.
- All content is and remains our intellectual property.
6. Liability
Our guides provide information and suggestions. They do not guarantee any specific result or income. Reselling activity is at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws (including tax obligations). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint, send us a message via the contact page. We aim to respond within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these Terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
